At 4housing we strive to continuously improve and develop high quality products, which adapt not only to the needs of each customer, but also to current standards. That is why, year after year, we undergo several audits to revalidate the certification of our integrated management system.

In August 2009 we obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Standards certification for “Manufacturing and Marketing of Housing Modules from Used Shipping Containers”. In July 2012, after certifying ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 we became the first company in the field to receive all three certifications.

We currently have the new 2015 versions of ISO 9001 and 14001 and are in the process of implementing the new ISO 45001 Safety and Health standard that will replace OHSAS 18001.

Integrated Policy, Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety and Health

4housing, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of housing modules from shipping containers, identifies quality, the environment and occupational health and safety as fundamental elements of its activity, forming a huge part of our strategy and that being our top priority.

  • Understand our customers in order to identify their requirements and ensure that the products provided meet and/or exceed their expectations.
  • Provide versatile, innovative and sustainable habitable modules from shipping containers.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers by considering them strategic partners.
  • Comply with legal, contractual and other requirements applicable in all jurisdictions in which activities are carried out.
  • Carry out training, motivation and ongoing staff awareness actions, in order to ensure their competence, commitment and knowledge of their processes in relation to the system.
  • To provide an environment of professional and human development for our employees based on personal and professional respect by promoting their participation and encouraging a generation of new ideas and teamwork, distinguishing oneself with technical knowledge, innovation and professionalism, seeking to transform that knowledge into value.
