It’s also equipped with PVC windows with double airtight glazing glass (4+12+4), external filtered air injection system for its renovation, air conditioning by split equipment and heating plates, high traffic water resistant floors, complete and reinforced furniture for DTMs, television with Direct TV Cable Service, fridge, microwave, oven, a portable electric stove, smoke-extraction hood, a machinery room for storing compressors and tools, exterior reflectors, and a ladder on the deck.
